Our EYFS team here at St Chad’s work very hard to achieve only the highest standards for each child. We believe that God has created each child as a unique individual and believe children achieve their full potential when they have an all rounded, balanced curriculum both indoors and outdoors.
We pride ourselves on our strong relationships with our children’s families, and ensure that parents are involved at each stage of their child’s learning. This is done through parent consultations, workshops, assemblies, online learning journals and daily interactions between parents and staff.

Monday and Friday are our allotted days for PE – Please ensure that your child comes into school in their PE kit on that day.
Please provide your child with a labelled water bottle. This will be brought home at the end of each day to be washed and refilled for the next day.
Please label all items of uniform to assist your child to find their belongings easily.
Reading books are changed on a Wednesday. Please ensure your child reads their book 3 times a week and that you sign your child’s diary 3 times weekly when they have read their book.
